  4. IF YOU DO NOT  AGREE TO BE  BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS  LICENSE,  DELETE THIS
  5. SOFTWARE NOW.  USE OR  DISTRIBUTION OF THIS SOFTWARE CONSTITUTES AGREEMENT TO
  6. THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE.

  8. RestEasy   Security   1.0,  hereafter  referred  to  as  "the  software,"  is
  9. distributed  as  shareware.   You  may  distribute  copies  of  the software,
  10. provided  that  you  include  all  of  the  component  files  of the software
  11. (RESTEASY.EXE,  BWCC.DLL,  README.TXT,  and LICENSE.TXT), and that you do not
  12. make  modifications of any kind to the component files.  You may charge a fee
  13. for  distributing copies of the software, but the fee may not exceed the cost
  14. of the media on which the software is distributed.

  16. You  may  use the software free of charge, for evaluation purposes, for up to
  17. 30  days  after  receiving a copy of the software.  After this 30 day period,
  18. you  must  either stop using the software or send $15 in U.S. funds, by check
  19. or money order, to Nathan Bryant, at the following address:

  25. You may install and run the software on one computer system only.  To install
  26. and/or  run  the software on more than one computer system, you must purchase

  30. RESTEASY SECURITY 1.0 IS DISTRIBUTED WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER
  31. EXPRESS   OR   IMPLIED,   INCLUDING,   BUT  NOT  LIMITED  TO,  WARRANTIES  OF
  32. MERCHANTABILITY  OR  FITNESS  FOR  A  PARTICULAR  PURPOSE.  IN NO EVENT SHALL
  33. NATHAN   BRYANT   BE  LIABLE  FOR  ANY  DAMAGES,  WHETHER  DIRECT,  INDIRECT,
  34. INCIDENTAL,  CONSEQUENTIAL,  OR  OTHERWISE CONSTRUED, ARISING FROM USE OF THE
  35. SOFTWARE,  EVEN  IF  ADVISED  OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  USE OF THE
  36. SOFTWARE  IS  ENTIRELY  AT  YOUR  OWN  RISK.  THIS LICENSE DEFINES THE ENTIRE
  37. AGREEMENT  BETWEEN  YOU AND NATHAN BRYANT.  ANY RIGHTS NOT EXPLICITLY GRANTED
